While the need to stand out keeps most going in such an environment, the best artistic visions come when you let go of everything and start anew – at least that is the case according to NYC’s TEEN.

Former keyboardist of Here We Go Magic, Teeny Lieberson decided last year that she wanted to play music with her favorite gal pals. In the middle of a cold East Coast winter, she gathered her sisters Lizzie and Katherine, along with two best friends Jane Herships and Maia Ibar, forming fuzzy, psych-folk band TEEN.
